Clear expectations for using Clarity.

These Terms govern the Clarity website, paid membership, invitation, beta access, and product use. By creating an account, starting checkout, or using Clarity, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement
• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials private
• Use only the client workspace assigned to you
• Notify Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

Clarity is a coaching, reflection, goal-setting, and accountability tool. AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You remain responsible for decisions, actions, and verification of important information.

Clarity does not provide therapy, crisis intervention, or legal, medical, financial, accounting, employment, or HR advice. Use qualified professionals for those needs and local emergency services for immediate danger.

Clarity supplements live coaching; it does not replace Robert, guarantee his review of an AI conversation, or create additional live-coaching obligations. Call availability depends on identity matching, source access, consent, and product eligibility.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Mallon Growth & Clarity the limited permission needed to host, transcribe, process, retrieve, and display that content to operate Clarity for you.

Only upload or connect content you have the right and permission to use. Do not submit another person’s confidential information without an appropriate basis.

• Do not access or attempt to access another client’s data
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent service protections
• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or dangerous activity
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority
• Do not use Clarity as an emergency response service

AI-only membership is billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price displayed and accepted during checkout, plus applicable taxes. The first 100 paid members who activate under the Founding 100 offer receive the $199 monthly rate while that membership remains continuously active; standard membership is $299 per month.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. You can manage payment details, invoices, and cancellation from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law requires otherwise. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or when Mallon Growth & Clarity approves a billing-error adjustment. Losing or canceling a founding membership does not guarantee that rate will be available again.

Current Robert coaching clients and specifically invited beta members may receive complimentary access. Complimentary access does not create a paid subscription and may change with the related coaching or beta arrangement.

Features, models, providers, limits, and beta access may change as Clarity improves coaching quality, safety, security, and reliability. The service may be interrupted or withdrawn. Where practical, material changes affecting members will be communicated.

Clarity’s software, interface, brand, Robert-method organization, and product materials are owned by Mallon Growth & Clarity or its licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, publish, or build derivative commercial products from them except as allowed by law or written permission.

Access may be limited or terminated to protect clients, enforce these Terms, comply with law, respond to security risk, or discontinue the service. You may stop using Clarity at any time and may submit privacy requests through Support.

Clarity is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Mallon Growth & Clarity does not promise specific business, leadership, relationship, financial, health, or personal outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Support promptly so it can be reviewed.
