Privacy notice · effective August 6, 2026

Your story remains yours.

Clarity uses personal information to provide the coaching experience and membership you request, maintain continuity, communicate with you, protect the product, and understand the public signup journey.

1. Scope

This notice explains how Mallon Growth & Clarity handles personal information when you visit, subscribe to, or use Clarity. It covers the public website, Stripe checkout, authenticated product, support intake, coaching-call continuity, and product communications.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and profile information, such as name, email, role, and preferences
  • Billing metadata, such as Stripe customer, checkout, price, subscription, invoice, and payment-status identifiers; Clarity does not receive or store full card numbers
  • Coaching content, including messages, voice transcripts, goals, commitments, reflections, decisions, and uploads
  • For eligible current clients who consent: matched Fathom recordings, transcripts, summaries, participants, and action items
  • Support requests, privacy requests, consent choices, feedback, and administrative review records
  • Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as user agent and request records
  • Public-site funnel events, such as page views, CTA clicks, path choice, form state, UTM parameters, and referrer; these events exclude checkout names, emails, card details, and coaching content

3. How we use information

  • Provide and personalize the coaching experience
  • Create, administer, renew, and support memberships through Stripe
  • Create continuity across calls, goals, commitments, and reflections
  • Transcribe voice, retrieve approved context, and generate coaching responses
  • Operate invitations, account recovery, reminders, membership communication, and support
  • Protect client boundaries, investigate abuse, audit sensitive actions, and improve reliability
  • Measure which public pages and signup paths help people understand the product

4. Coaching calls and consent

Clarity can match eligible calls from Robert’s Fathom team using participant identity. A match alone does not authorize active coaching use. Client assignment, consent, and source-approval rules determine whether a call can become active private context.

Current clients can use support to ask about a missing call, incorrect match, correction, export, deletion, or consent concern.

5. Service providers

Clarity currently uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for checkout and subscription billing, OpenAI for AI processing and transcription, Fathom for approved coaching-call import, and Resend for product email. These providers process information to perform their configured service functions.

Provider practices are also governed by their own agreements and privacy documentation. Clarity does not include a product feature that publishes one member’s private content into another member’s workspace.

6. Storage, retention, and deletion

Retention depends on the information type, active product need, consent choice, security need, and legal obligation. Voice onboarding defaults are designed to delete raw audio after transcription unless a member makes an explicit retention choice; transcripts and confirmed coaching context may remain while needed to provide the service.

Deletion requests may require identity verification. Some limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

7. Your choices

  • Review and correct visible profile, call, goal, and coaching context
  • Control eligible coaching-call consent and voice-audio retention choices
  • Manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through Billing
  • Request access, correction, export, or deletion through Support
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the message link or contact Support

8. Public-site measurement

Clarity uses a first-party, session-scoped identifier in browser session storage to understand a single visit’s funnel. It records page and conversion events with campaign/referrer fields when present. It does not use that event stream to store names, email addresses, coaching messages, or a persistent cross-device marketing profile.

9. Security and children

Clarity uses technical and organizational controls described on the Security page, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit unnecessary highly sensitive information.

Clarity is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.

10. Contact and changes

Use the Privacy category on the Support page for access, correction, export, deletion, consent, or privacy questions. Material changes to this notice will be reflected by an updated effective date and communicated when appropriate.
